Pastry Chef de Partie Salary - £12 - £15 per hour

Lotus Solutions are looking to add to their Temp Chef team for temporary assignments for a variety of our 5 star hotel clients throughout London. As part of the Lotus chef team, you can work where you want, when you want for some of the most luxury operations in the Capital.

Temp Pastry chef 
What we are looking for
•    Must be at least chef de partie level
•    Have your own chef whites, knives and safety shoes
•    Food hygiene level 2 certificate
•    Be able to work to A La Carte and Banqueting menus
•    Be able to handle a busy kitchen
•    Keen eye for detail
•    Be a team player
