Temp Chef - 5 Star Hotels and Private Members Clubs

Here, we are looking to add to our exceptional Temp Chef team to work for and a stunning variety of 5 Star Hotels and Private Members Clubs throughout London. As part of the Lotus chef team, you can work where you want, when you want for some of the most luxury operations in the Capital.

Temp Chef Criteria:
• Must be at least Chef de Partie level
• Have your own chef whites, knives and safety shoes
• Food hygiene level 2 certificate
• Be able to work to A La Carte and Banqueting menus
• Be able to handle a busy kitchen
• Keen eye for detail
• Be a team player
