Sous Chef salary - £35k+ Bonus

We are on the lookout for Sous Chef for this wonderful private members club in West London.
As sous Chef you will support the head chef in recruiting, training and motivating the brigade in producing outstanding food in a busy environment.

As Sous Chef you will be experienced Ideally within a similar environment at a private members club, 5 star hotel or high end Brasserie restaurant.

We are looking for a chef who is highly organised, has excellent communication skills and can step in and manage the operation when the head chef is not there.
