Sous Chef - 3AA Rosette restaurant (Live in)

We are on the lookout for Sous Chef for this wonderful five star property in The Cotswolds. As a Sous Chef you will support the head chef in recruiting, training and motivating the brigade in producing outstanding food in a busy environment. You will also be very well presented with outstanding communication skills. Here, we are looking for a chef who is highly organised, has excellent communication skills and can step in and manage the operation when the head chef is not there. We look forward to hearing from Sous chefs looking to join an amazing operation with great working conditions. Sous Chef Criteria:

• Previous experience within a Sous Chef role in a quality, fine dining restaurant environment
• Can assist the head chef in maintaining all systems, standards and control 
• Excellent communication and organisation skills within the kitchen
• Able to take full control of the kitchen in the head chef’s absence
• Can ideally start immediately
