Restaurant Manager- 3AA Rosette restaurant ( Live in)

We are recruiting a restaurant manager for this stunning hotel in The Cotswolds. As restaurant manager, you will oversee a team of 30+ staff, in delivering exceptional service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You have experience in busy and high-end establishments. You will also be very well presented with outstanding communication skills. This is a hands on role, which requires a highly organised individual who can lead from the front; deliver fantastic customer service and work to high standards throughout the operation.

Restaurant Manager Criteria:

• Must have experience in 4/5 star restaurants
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in managing a team of 30+
• Highly organised
