We have a wonderful opportunity for a sous chef/senior sous chef looking for their first head chef role for this fantastic hotel restaurant in Central London. Working alongside an award winning executive chef, you will need to have a background within a 3AA Rosette/Michelin star restaurant. You will support the executive chef in taking control and accountability for kitchen operations and kitchen financial performance. This is a great opportunity to work in a superb kitchen that is going places. As head chef you be involved in new menu development, managing the team and deputising for the exec chef in their absence.
