Head Chef - 3 Rosette/Michelin background.

We have a wonderful opportunity for a sous chef/senior sous chef looking for their first head chef role for this fantastic hotel restaurant in Central London. Working alongside an award winning executive chef, you will need to have a background within a 3AA Rosette/Michelin star restaurant. You will support the executive chef in taking control and accountability for kitchen operations and kitchen financial performance. This is a great opportunity to work in a superb kitchen that is going places. As head chef you be involved in new menu development, managing the team and deputising for the exec chef in their absence.

Head Chef Criteria:

• Either an experienced Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef/Senior Sous Chef looking for the next step in their career
• Ability to take control and accountability of the kitchen and its members
• Knowledge of GP and Health and Safety
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills within the kitchen
• Can ideally start immediately
