We have a fantastic opportunity for a Director of Revenue who will be part of an iconic London new opening.
As Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing the hotel’s revenue streams to achieve optimal occupancy, while meeting and exceeding hotel profit objectives. You will be responsible for developing a pricing and distribution strategy, in accordance with the brand's recommendations and should have a total revenue management approach, with consideration for all the revenue streams of the property.
Furthermore, you will be effectively managing rates through all distribution channels and leading the Revenue and Reservations Team, whilst also playing a pivotal role in the Strategic Planning, Marketing Plan, and budgeting processes. You will be chairing and preparing materials for the weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings and following the company guidelines for meeting content, as well as preparing revenue updates as required by the Revenue & Reservations Team. You will be monitoring the market, market conditions, new entrants and other data and information that may influence the hotel performance.
